Baked Fish
Roll-over
4-6 serv white fish
2 c soft bread crumbs
1 sm onion chopped fine
1 green pepper chopped
8 oz crab meat (real or imitation)
1/4 c lemon juice
1/2 c mayonnaise
Salt and pepper
First, blanche green pepper. Mix all ingrediants together and
roll up in the fish fillets. Secure the roll with toothpicks or metel rods.
Bake at 400 for 30 minutes. Watch towards the last 10 minutes, baste as necessary.
